Membership dues are an essential part of our funding. The funds raised help us to realize the needs of our hospital. This year, thanks to you, the Auxiliary will continue to finance the music therapy program and purchase much need equipment for the hospital. Together we are a dynamic organization that makes a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

* Patron $54.00

* Donor $72.00

* Life Membership $360.00 payable over 2 years. Your name will be engraved on a “Leaf” which will be placed on our TREE OF LIFE, located on the wall next to the Auxiliary office.

* Life Membership Upgrade to Gold $140.00. Your name will be engraved on a Gold “Leaf” which will replace your plaque on our TREE OF LIFE, located on the wall next to the Auxiliary office. Please call the office at 514-369-2222 ext. 31337 for this category.
